I attended two of them put on by Slider Gilmore back in the 90s. Very much well worth the time!

One of the most common injuries associated with accident-involved motorcyclists? A ruptured bladder. Even now when I am preparing to ride, I still "go pee for Slider". He has great humor and is able to present the information in a very interesting way.
