    Being sealed up in a bag...gives me disturbing images. Very good points.

    As for the time of year it could be moved to earlier in the year - May perhaps then if it is a middle of the week rally people have kids in school. Have it on the weekend attendance may be limited since people coming from very far away have to take part of two weeks off...still a problem if you have kids in school.
    Early June - still some issues with kids in school. Late June not much cooler that July I'm afraid. Late July early August same issue with potential heat.

    I'm just not sure there is a perfect solution that would fit with what everyone would like.

      Going to be riding in 100+ degree heat this weekend. Will have to give some of these ideas a try.

          Good info. People forget that when your riding in the heat, you're basically driving in a convection oven. With the wind whipping over you, the heat will just suck the water right out of you. Be safe, be smart, drink up.
