It's illegal in Harrisburg to drive while talking on the phone. I hate taking away freedoms but I think that should be statewide, too.

Not statewide, but everywhere in the US. I've had several instances where I almost got wiped out by a cager on a phone.

You can talk on the phone in NC, but no texting while your driving. But if you are sitting at a light you can text.

Both are illegal in NY.

I saw a guy on a bike riding no hands and texting this past summer. Young guy on a crotch rocket. If they (not all) ain't doing wheelies their doing something else stupid.

I could neber understand texting on a cell phone. If I have a phone I can say more in 30 seconds than I can type in a couple minutes. The message is clear, the tone in which I'm saying it is understood, I can get a response in a second or two. I guess there's a good reason for it, but theose things would be few and far between. Definitely not while driving!

no textin here for me, i'll call ya, it's faster anyway. you can text me all you want, just dont expect a reply. and please dont send me another one of those: if you dont forward this to 10 people something-something-something will happen.
one of my wifes friends will send me something about Church, God, or Jesus. and then turn right around and sent me something about sex, drugs, or alcohol.... just doesnt make since...lol..
