I like the storage a lot. it holds a lot more than my old 900 Vulcan classic with the leather bags. I can put 2 full face helments in the trunk and carry my rain gear, water cooler bag (4 bottles) goggles and glasses, towels and my pistol in just 1 of the side bags. It will hold 33 gallons of stuff total according to Kawasaki.
It is one smooth riden bike and very comfortable. I just rode it to Villa Rica Ga. 428 miles 1 way, interstate and other hwys, only stopped for gas and was sad when the ride was over. I used to get tired on the 900 and back ache some in only 100 miles.
Voyager and nomad are very much alike other than the bells and whistles.
Some folks complain about the engine heat but it dosen't bother me much and is welcome this time of year. I love my bike!

Welcome from Taft, TN. Which color did you get?

Since you have the 2012 you have the KAMS kit on the bike. You won't feel as much heat as us with earlier models feel. Only bothered me some if I get caught in a traffic jam. Hardly notice it if I am wearing my leathers.

I would love to see a pearl white one with saddle tan seats on it.

I saw a custom Corbin seat on one of those that had the welt done in red to match the pin stripe and had a 'V' for vulcan sewn in the driver and passenger backrests. It looked sharp!
