  • Hello from Charlotte NC

Hi all, was actually in this group 4-5 years back but since have moved, changed computers, lost ID, PWord and so on so.... here I am again. You can just call me Ross, I have a 2007 1600 Nomad that I bought new in 07. It's Black and Titanium, got a bit of after market stuff: spots, chrome fender tips, my own custome intake and air cleaner set up, FI controller, bag rails, rear rack and so on. 48,000 miles on it, routine maint. plus the "fixes" (clutch spring, cam chain extenders, clutch shaft seal, reverse flush on fuel filter) and rides like new and still a great bike.
Also have 2010 GoldWing but you're not interested in that. Pretty sure I will make the rally in Cadilac MI this summer so hope to meet some of you then.

Welcome back to the forum from Minnesota. I just bought a 2007 Nomad last summer. I love mine and will start some mods once my garage gets above freezing.

Thanks for the Welcome folks. Derry, I will try and contact the Charlotte folks, got a email from one of them and sent him a not about getting to one of their meetings. Cadilac MI is not far from my Childhood home and still have friends up that way so gonna try to make that rally in July. Going to the VBA national in Colorado in June also. think I am going to the west caost befor I go to Colarado so will probably ride the wing then but planing of the Nomad for Cadilac.
TS, I really like my 07 also. I have had many motorcycles but this 07 and a 73 MotoGuzze 850 Eldorado are the two best looking ones I have owned.
