  • Vaquero owner, at least for a while

I took a 2011 Vaquero in trade for my hot rod, figuring I would sell it pretty quickly to pay for the next hot rod.

Biggest bike I've ever ridden. Not the bike I would choose if I went down to the dealership, but I can see its attraction.

Watch for it in your classifieds. I want to make some Kawasaki lover a great deal.

Oh, and I'm just south of Dallas.

I would keep it. The 1700 is a great motor and the Vaquero's are great bikes. You might not want to get rid of it!!!

Welcome to the forum. Hope you didn't give too much for it in trade. I could have bought an '11 red vaquero last fall for $10,300. It had 3000 miles and about $1500 in accessories on it.

I can sell this one for less than that. And it only has about 5,200 miles on it. It's a nifty bike, and I can see its appeal, but it makes my hips hurt when I even sit on it. It's just too wide and tall for me.

But riding it down the highway, with that cruise control set, is an impressive experience.

That's a nice bike big but nice lots of power.
