                    I found one locally, going to check it out this weekend.
                    Maybe I'll start a trend.

                    Says it's a 1700 Nomad. Anything specific I should look for?

                      Good luck and let us know how it goes!! Same as any other bike. 1700's are great bikes. Motor runs and runs. Since they are not that old shouldn't have a ton of miles on it. So you should be pretty good there.

                          Welcome from west MI. trailers yes, side cars not yet. you can look in the "1700" files and see if there is any comments that concern you. you can ask a question on there all so.

                            I went to look at one.......... the guy wanted a pristine price for a rough rig. Lots of rust, none of the sidecar electrics hooked up and operating, set up wrong and the sidecar smelled moldy and musty from sitting out and not being taken care of. Going to an auction this weekend with a few Vulcans. Will let you know what happens.
