Been riding for around 28 years. The past 12 or so have been strictly on Harleys. Recently sold my last Harley and found a great deal on a 2007 Mean Streak with just over 6,000 miles. The bike is pristine. It will take some getting used to. My last harley was a bagger, so quite a different ride.
I will be making some changes to the Mean Streak to make it fit my taste a little more, but so far I really like it. I have already added the spike air cleaner. New grips came in the other day. Ordered 16" apes for it. Still need to get the risers, extended lines and cables. May take a while to be able to buy it all, but little by little I will make it "my own".
Possibly, eventually, i will change out the exhaust for some straight pipes. Give it kind of an old school chopper look and feel.
Anyways, thats my intro....
