Hello Michael, Welcome to the VRA we are happy to have you with us, and glad to see you have some interest in starting a chapter in Massachusetts. There have been some past inquiries over the past few years but nothing has materialized. It is really pretty simple if you can turn up 3 other like minded Vulcan riders to serve as start up officers who are willing to help you build a Vulcan centric riding group. (most chapters are Vulcan centric not Vulcan exclusive) If you have not already make sure to check out this section of the VRA website on how to start a chapter -http://vulcanriders.us/StartChapter.aspx

If you like give us the word we can move this thread you started to the appropriate sub forum (interest in starting a chapter) which helps us keep track of who we are sending info to, and we can send you some additional information.

There may be a delay as myself, and the rest of the officers and our main chapter coordinator are all in Wisconsin for the 2016 VRA East Rally, so our time online is limited this week.
