I ride a 2000 1500FI Classic that I bought last year. The bike was still like new with less then 6000 miles, it spent most of it's life in a garage. I couldn't pass it up and I'm glad I didn't. It's one of the best riding bikes I've owned, now has a little over 10,000 miles. Over the winter I put some pipes on it, dual Cadman mod with the Cobra FI2000 tuner. This really woke the beast up. I had an old Super Glide (78) for 20 years before buying the Vulcan, it's like night and day between the two.
