Hello Jacob,
Thanks for your interest in starting a chapter. I assume you have read this section on the website - http://vulcanriders.us/how-to-start-a-vra-chapter/ and our bylaws - http://vulcanriders.us/full-width/
Before I send you anymore info where would your chapter be based out of in relation to Des Moines?Randy - aka racinfan101

Jacob,
I have some reservations since many of the Central & West IA Chapter events happen around the Des Moines area which is not that terribly far from Osceola. I did exchanges some messages with the Chapter President for Central & West IA, and he did indicate that he did not think the members of his chapters would have a concern so I will go ahead and send you a bit more information.
It generally takes some perseverance to find other Vulcan owners willing to commit to building an active riding riding group, but if you are able to do so it can be a lot of fun.

Message was sent last night, if you don't have it check your spam folder, and if you don't see it there let me know I will send the information from my work e-mail.
Have you reached out to Amin Bakri from the Central & West IA Chapter? Since you would be in very close proximity to that chapter establishing, & maintaining communication with him would be good.Randy - aka racinfan101
