Will everyone in the SCPAVRA be notified by email when I start a new topic?
Yes. Every member of the SCPAVRA will receive an email notification when a new thread is started.

Will everyone in the SCPAVRA be notified by email when I reply to a topic?
No. Only the member who started the thread/topic and other members who previously replied to the topic or "manually subscribed" to the topic will receive an email notification.
