I booked our room at the Howard Johnsons....1 block from the falls, king bed with 2 person whirlpool tub  Prices were a bit cheaper...Friday was $127 and Sat. $145...on site 24 hour Dennys....woooo hoooo. ha! Figured a cheaper hotel will allow more $$ for souvenir shopping.

how far from our hotel is it? the hotel we are staying at has plenty of entertainment within walking distance or on site so no worries about riding and drinking.
it'll be a good weekend!

Not sure of the distance from your hotel Heff...but I'd think it wouldn't too far. As for the 'riding and drinking'...no worries...you guys stay put and have fun, Tim and I will come to you guys....we're not drinkers so we'll be the DMR's ( designated motorcycle riders ) for meeting up for liquid festivities.... ha! Priority is that everyone has fun and is safe.
Are we there yet......?

Friends of mine mentioned parking as an issue. They said some hotels don't have on-site parking and valet park you a ways away so I just Checked:

just got our pass card photos today. Next week we'll be going for the cards....btw...the guy where we got our photos said to share this tid bit of info...apparently he was to Canada with friends one of which had a DUI here in the states and they would not allow him into Canada....? Not sure of the validity of this, but sharing just in case.....
Freakin' more snow on the way...this is starting to SUCK!
PS: not that we're insinuating anyone has a DUI ( not our business ) but I know my # 1 son wouldn't be getting into Canada if this is true....ha!
