Hopefully it will be dismissed, but when I hear anything official I'll let you know. It was an unfortunate accident but it has set the tone for any RC or MC just wanting to go out and enjoy a ride.

That's good news, but it was too bad that it had to come to that.

With about 13,000 dues paying members and sound investments the Club was able to absorb the cost of retaining an attorney.

I have heard of that lawsuit. Unfortunately, Greg you are correct. It is sad that this is the world we do live in.

Riding season in the Northeast is inching closer. As Road Captain I’ve already been busy planning riders for my MC Chapter. One thing new for this year will be liability waivers. This was discussed and unfortunately deemed necessary, even for Chapter rides as the result of a lawsuit levied against our (not VRA) international organization. Sadly we have even decided to take our name off of the flyer of an event that we have hosted. It kinda sucks but sadly this is the world we now live in.
