  • Hello from North Dakota.

I am Ryan from Bismarck ND

Here is a short bio of my bike history

I had Honda and Yamaha's before I went to Kawy.

I started with Kawasaki when I bought a 92 1500 BUBF Vulcan, then I painted that sold it and bought a 99 Nomad, painted that sold it and then upgraded to a 2001. Loved the bike, just wasn't big enough for me.
    I still stuck with Kawasaki.

I now own a 2004 VN2000 I love the bike, however I really missed the Nomad looks and hard bags. So I made my V2K into a bagger. This is the closest I could get to a Nomad in a 2000CC bike. I couldn't match the original glacier blue color, so I decided to customize it to my taste.

Here is a couple of pictures of the V2K bagger

Very nice looking bike Ryan. You've got some long straight roads up there in ND to ride that big bike on.

    Welcome aboard.

Very nice man! I've always loved a customized bike that "stands out from the crowd".

I've not spent a lot of time there, but have been though the state East-West several times, on my way to and from Sturgis Bike Week. It is a good place to blow out the carbs.
One of these days, I'd like to take time out to explore your state, some of the scenery was quite nice. I'll give you a shout if I ever do that.

There are some really nice places to ride and check out, towards Lake Sakakawea is nice, down south of Bismarck along the river is a great ride. Through the badlands, or up to the peace garden. Yea if you ever get out this way look me up. I can get a nice size ride group together in a matter of hours.

Those have typically ended up being my favorite rides... ride over to my Dad's or brother's on a Sunday morning for coffee. As you polish the bikes up, the weather turns beautiful and you call a bunch of people to come riding with you. No idea where we're going until we hit the first stop sign and don't get back until dark. Heaven... :S

Nice looking ride Ryan. I saw a post from Fargo and they got hammered with more recently. It even snowed here on the coast of Washington State this morning.

Hey man, I didn't leave BTK, they decided I was there long enough and banned me. Won't get into details, it doesn't matter and I don't like looking up a dead horses azz.

Other then that, it's good to see you again man!!! Got that bike ready to roll yet?
