This is a short story which is perfectly logical to most males, but I've noticed wives will occasionally get kinda' testy with this logic:

A wife asks her husband, "Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get half a dozen."

A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.

The wife asks him, "Why the hell did you buy 6 cartons of milk?" He replied, "They had eggs."

HAHAHA I deffenitly had a laugh at that, bet the wife didn't, my question is how did he manage to go to the store with out the wife and not come back with beer as well, lol

That's why I'm not allowed to go to the store by myself very often, and when I do go, I have a short, simple, no-nonsense shopping list.

I usually do the shopping, but if I give hubby a list, he always comes back with half a car load, well I just saw this and thought you might need this! (logical thinking there)

So...... 3 things on the list, get 25 more to go with it. or get 30 other things and forget the 3 on the list.

I am in the same class as you. My wife fussed at me cause I went to the store for milk and spent 50 bucks. I told her everything I got was on sale though.... she rolled her eyes at me lol
