    New guy from Calif

    I bought my 07 Nomad about 4 weeks ago. Been riding Gold Wings for about 30 years them went to a V twin. Had a Honda Shadow VT1100, then a Honda VTX 1300 and now I have my 07 Vulcan 1600 Nomad. Looking to get some good advice here and maybe connect with other Vulcan riders in my area. I'm in San Jacinto (Hemet) area if there is anyone in this area we might get together for a ride.

    Welcome to the forum from Columbus, OH! You will love the 1600 as it is a great bike! Lots of good folks here with lots of good info. I know there are a few CA folks here just not sure how many are in your area. Hope you can hook up with some!

      Thanks for the welcome. I have checked out the Southwest region and it looks like there are several not to far from me. I will try and set up a meet & a ride in June.

          Thanks, I see there is a chapter in San Diego, I will have to check that out. This and the regional section are the only topics I can post in now, I guess I have to wait to be approved by admin before I have full access.

                Welcome. You're a couple of hours away from me, and I think there's a fledgling Inland Empire chapter that Evan (WarPig) here is trying to get going. You could definitely get together with San Diego also, that's a fun group.
