    New from Valley Forge PA on a Vulcan 800 Classic

    Greetings group!

    I just found the site via the power of Google and I decided to join and see what the site is all about. My bike is a modest 1999 Vulcan 800 Classic but she is mine and best of all paid for. I am 44 years old and I decided to get back into motorcycles last fall after not riding since my teens.

    I am planning to upgrade my bike to a Kawasaki Nomad or 1600/1700 Vulcan LT at some point but for now I am just enjoying my 800 too much to replace her yet

    Welcome to the forum from Minnesota. I started with a 99 Vulcan 800 and later bought a 1600 Nomad. I still ride the 800 once in a while and love both of my bikes. The 800 is a fun bike to ride in town and still has enough power on the highways.
