Well to start off I just started a new life after a Liver Transplant in 2013 that went very well. I also beat Liver, Lung & Melanoma Cancer so I am meant to be here for more time so I am going to ride the bike whenever possible. I am going to be 64 in February and hope to keep going for a lot longer if the Good Lord lets me. If he cured me that many times he still has something I need to do for him so we will just ride until that day gets here.
I am a retired Pennsylvania State Prison Officer of 28 years and love to ride.
I started out riding bikes when I was 10 years old on a 45 Harley Flathead we had and then stepped up to a couple Harley 36 knuckleheads I fixed up that I rode to high school. Since those bikes I have had many more of all types in the stable at one time or another.
My latest one is a 2003 Vulcan 1600 classic I just purchased a few months ago and will be getting it into better shape this winter with new clutches and lifters and a few other things to get it running in top shape.
So if any one is ever in the Western Pennsylvania area give me a holler and maybe we can meet up and ride together and talk about our rides.
