    Thanks for the add to the group. Just bought my new to me 2009 Vulcan 1700 with 1200 miles a few months ago. Looking at joining a local chapter very soon. Just put on a Memphis Shades batwing and love it - now I am looking for some fork mounted lowers - show me what you have!

              Welcome, Sharp Ride!! There is a Gateway Chapter down by St Louis Dean McKee (egletwo) is the chapter pres. Tim Haddad (Blacksmith13) is part of that chapter and is working towards starting a chapter on the IL side of the river.

                I've screwed with windshields and lowers for over 30 years........and found that the MS batwing by itself does a better job than ANYTHING else I've ever tried.

                The MS lowers are pretty good and very adjustable but not sure about mounting on those "inverted" fork tubes.
