I picked up my 06 900 Classic today. Got my step dad to drop me off in Nesbit MS. (Home of Jerry Lee Lewis). Got on the machine and had an enjoyable 45 min ride home. I see why you folks like these bikes. I'm 56 years old and never really had a NICE motorcycle. I always bought them cheap and had to fix them. You name it, I've owned it at one time or another. It is going to be soooo nice just to rub, polish, and ride.

Re: New Vulcan Rider From Arkansas
Thanks for the welcome guys. I gave it a bath today. 95% of my time was cleaning that rear wire spoked wheel. They help give the bike that "Classic" look, but years of "mag" wheels have made me lazy.
I'll be checking the forums. I can't get my key in the seat lock and I have to fix a side cover. Might as well do battery maintenance while I'm in there. maybe I'll get to meet you folks sometime.

Re: New Vulcan Rider From Arkansas
Sorry Folks. I won't make the Rally. I live over by Memphis and won't have time to get ready for it. It is a beautiful ride in that part of the state though.
Everybody ride safe and watch out for drivers with their cell phones.
