Re: Hey Vulcan Riders
I'm excited to be affiliated with other Vulcan riders. Just traded in my '06 Vulcan 900 Classic with 40,000 miles for an '05 Vulcan 1500 Classic with 14,000. Much different ride...softer, rides taller, too. I'm almost 6'4" and need the leg room, so I'm looking for different highway pegs to extend my legs. My 900 had smaller, anti-vibrate pegs that worked great. The 1500 has larger, almost brake pedal size pegs...too big and too far out. I look like I'm sitting at a birthing chair when I ride.
Also the windshield is smaller...16" high by 24" wide. Want something bigger...at least 25" high. I love the ride...just looking to "make it my own". Thanks for any help and hope to see you on the road.
