Hay everybody,My name is Rick Stevens from southern Ohio and I've been riding most of my life and I've owned all types of bikes but I've been riding a vulcan nomad for 3yrs and I've owned a 800 vulcan classic since 99. I like my vulcans more than any other bikes I've ever own.

Welcome aboard Stump, enjoy. I do agree with you about the Nomads, I've had 2 of them and enjoy many miles before breaking them.

Welcome aboard, Rick. There are a lot of good folks here, and a lot of good information about Vulcans and riding in general.

We've got chapters around you, but none very close.....at least for now. We've got established chapters in Lexington and Cincinnati, and a start up chapter in Bluefield. A quick look at the map seems to put you about equal distance from all 3.

Let us know if you're interested in trying to start a chapter. There are a couple of folks here whose job it is to help get new chapters started, and I'm sure they would be more than glad to give you a hand. I suspect that between Ashland and Charleston there are more than enough Vulcan owners to make a good sized group.
