New member in Midlothian, VA

Hey folks my name is Chris and I a purchased a 2002 mean streak 1500 a couple of months ago. I grew up riding dirt bikes and riding with my dad but this is my first bike. The bike had low miles on it when I bought it 6800 I have put about 1000 miles on it since purchasing the bike. The previous owner had installed v&h pipes, hypercharger, powercommander and 2" risers for the handle bars. I have added a mustang seat and sissy bar so my wife can enjoy the fun of riding. I came across this site and it looked like a good site to join and to be able to meet other people that ride vulcans in the central va area that like to ride. I look forward to meeting other rider that enjoy rising kawasaki motorcycles.

Thanks I would love to make it to the rally but my work is seasonal so to speak and as hot as it is I dought I could get off work maybe next yr and it will be close enough again I could make it a road trip on my bike.
