Hi, my name is Chuck, I ride an '08 Vulcan Nomad, blue & silver, just joined the forum.
I have been riding since junior high school, first new bike was a '73 Norton Commando, black with gold trim.
Bought the Nomad in April, '10 after riding my brothers '08 Nomad. I had a ST1300 Honda at the time, could not believe the comfort of the Nomad, had to have one.
I ride the Nomad to work & back every day, love this motorcycle, have installed a few farkles, air horn being the best one I think, has saved my bacon more than a few times. Going to install Grip Puppies today.
    Thanks!

    Chuck

Wow, not too many ex Norton owners on the forum, bet you've some some great tails about riding that one, among other bikes you've owned. Anytime you want to spin a year, you'll have some welcome to read them.

The Nomad is certainly a different animal, but all those things already on the Nomad sure makes it a more comfortable ride.

                        Welcome aboard.
