Hello everyone, and thanx for taking the time to read this. I've found my way here in hopes of finding a forum a little more active than the one I currently post to.
I ride a 2001 800 Classic, and his name is, of course, PowerSlave. I've been riding for two years now, and I first cut my teeth on a 1994 Kawi KDX250 2-stroke dirtbike. My wife rides too, and after a season tearing around in the dirt we decided to move to street riding. We sold the KDX and her Yama YZ125, and bought my wife's bike, a 2003 Shadow 750. We also picked up an '84 Magna V65 that I rode all last summer, and when the riding season started this year I sold the Magna and bought PowerSlave.
We're pleasure riders primarily, although we do commute with our bikes too just because it's an excuse to ride. We don't usually manage to get away for more than a couple days for our rides, but we have fun on the 'shorties' just the same. And although we keep trying to ride with our other work friends, everyone always seems to punk out at the last minute. So we mostly ride just with each other.
Here's a pic of our bikes...

...and we also have a couple videos up on YouTube. Check 'em out if you get the chance, they're under 'PowerSlave800CC'.
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone on here, and wish everyone good riding.
