Sounds good. There is a New Chapter Start up sheet that must be completed. Best way to start the process is to Report your intentions to the National Officers. I am the National Secretary so you are partially on the right track. Feel free to email me at drgnslyr8105@gmail.com and I should be able to help you get off and running. You must have a minimum of 3 members (Legal Vulcan owners) that are willing to fill the Officer positions. -
