TheZip Up Hoodies are printed on front (small logo), back (large logo), and down both sleeves if desired. (Vulcan right sleeve & Riders left sleeve). Our garment decorating method is created with Commercial Siser HTV – HTV is either a polyurethane (PU) or poly vinyl chloride (PVC) film that is used with a carrier sheet to adhere to the garment for decoration. Cutters and/or lasers are used to cut HTV and then it is applied to the article of your choice. Siser HTV is 90 microns/3.5 mils thick, lightweight, breathable and comes in gloss, semi-gloss or matte finish, adheres direct to garment and lays flat on material, if you look at it closely you will find it actually melds with the grain of the garment. Highly durable and when done correctly will outlast the life of the garment, has a 20% stretch that normal plastisol screen printing does not offer, so less chance for breakage and/or peeling.
